The Swedish Land Survey (Lantmäteriet) is the authority that maps Sweden. Our tasks also include registering and securing the ownership of all real estate properties as well as handling their boundaries. We are now looking for you who have a strong commitment to society.

There are 3.4 million registered real estate properties in Sweden. With us, you can contribute to securing the ownership of Sweden's properties by ensuring that the information in the property register is correct. You can also contribute with service to our customers and provide information in a legally secure manner. Your work lays the foundation for a functioning credit and real estate market, among other things.

Job Responsibilities

Mortgage and Valuation is a support and specialist function within the Property Registration department, consisting of two teams. We are now looking for a colleague for our mortgage operations. The work includes, among other things, processing applications regarding lost written mortgage deeds, providing support in the Mortgage System to customers, and processing applications for, among other things, the conversion of mortgage deeds. The work also includes coordinating contract management for the various services of the Property Registration.

The operations are largely governed by laws and regulations. The work also involves independent decision-making and taking positions. The work is performed in teams with common goals. The assignment includes customer service to the general public, credit institutions, brokers, and other authorities. Contact with different actors within the real estate market is a large part of the work and takes place via telephone and email.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have completed upper secondary education, preferably supplemented with some further relevant education, for example, university courses in economics or law. You have previous experience of handling mortgage deeds, for example as a broker or mortgage handler. We also see that you have experience in customer handling, i.e., you have worked frequently with customer service via telephone. For the tasks, very good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both in speech and writing, is required.

It is meritorious if you have experience of processing and independent decision-making in your professional role.

The position with us involves placement in a security class. Security clearance with register control will be carried out in connection with employment.
