The Role of General Specialist

As a district doctor at Bra Liv Vetlanda Health Centre, you are offered an independent position where you have the opportunity to influence your work. The work is varied, involving scheduled and emergency patient visits, supervision of trainee doctors, collaboration with home care services, and the opportunity to work at the municipality's special housing facilities and/or child health services. Furthermore, we offer a fun and exciting job close to the public with many contact areas where your competence is valued and stimulated. On-call duties and emergency room shifts at the Urgent Care Centre are included in the position.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has proof of specialist competence and good knowledge of the Swedish language (at least C1 level).
• Has experience as a district doctor, as you will help shape the development of our medical team and the operations in general, playing a central role.
• Has experience supervising trainee doctors and other professions at the health centre.
• Can work independently and with different professional groups.
• Is engaged, responsible, and understands the importance of good patient interaction.
• Is flexible and wants to develop and improve operations together with us.
• Embraces new knowledge, works according to the latest research, and serves as a knowledge resource for your colleagues.
• Can adapt your work, interaction, and attitude based on the patient and situation.
• Hold a valid B-category driver's license.
• Wishes to contribute to creating participation and a good work environment through good collaboration with management and colleagues.
