About the job

At our customer center, you will become an important part of the team and one of the first points of contact our customers have with us. You answer emails and calls, assist with various cases, and ensure that our customers receive fast and smooth service. The work is primarily carried out in our systems, and you will receive good support from your colleagues – we are a team of eight people who help each other and have a really great atmosphere at work.

The position is located at our headquarters in Skellefteå, and working hours are weekdays during the day.

This is a fixed-term position starting on August 24th and running until August 2027.

Who are you?

You enjoy providing good service, are solution-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You find it easy to communicate with people, both over the phone and via email, and you are not afraid to take personal responsibility.

You are detail-oriented, flexible, and can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing structure.

We believe you have

• Good computer skills
• Good command of Swedish and English
• Experience in customer service is a plus, but not a requirement
