We are looking for you who is already or wants to become a restaurant team member and take your place at Bastard Burgers, to prepare and serve Sweden's best burgers. You are open to varied tasks and comfortable working both in the kitchen and at the register. You love food and understand the importance of quality and craftsmanship. As a restaurant team member at Bastard Burgers, you will work at a fast pace, which makes communication crucial for smooth and enjoyable teamwork. There will be stressful moments in a restaurant, but you handle them effectively and with a solution-focused mindset.

You have the right attitude and a wonderful personality, understanding that you are incredibly important to both guests and colleagues. Therefore, you come to work with great energy – just like the rest of the team. For you, it goes without saying that guests should receive the best service. Your CV is less important than your willingness to work and grow with us – we already have the knowledge and are happy to teach it.

Qualifications and skills:

• Education requirement: None

• Experience requirement: None, but previous experience in the restaurant and service industry is a plus.

• Language requirement: You speak English or Swedish. Proficiency in both languages is a plus.

• We would love for you to be collaborative, have a positive attitude, a strong commitment to Bastard Burgers, and preferably already know us!

• Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• We also prefer that you live in the vicinity of the location
