About the role

As a personal service technician, you will perform diagnostics, service, repairs, and accessory installations on new and used vehicles. You will manage the entire process: from scheduling to ensuring the car is ready for pickup, as well as providing feedback to the customer. Through your engaged and professional approach, you will always ensure customers feel professionally attended to.

What we are looking for

We believe you have a technical interest and thrive in customer-facing roles. You enjoy working in a team that supports and motivates each other.

• Vocational training in vehicle technology or experience in similar roles
• Good knowledge of automotive glass services
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Valid driver’s license (Category B) (required)
