This is a needs-based part-time position of approximately 20%, with possibilities for expansion.

About Us:

Amhult Entreprenadservice AB is a service company in the Gothenburg area offering comprehensive cleaning services, including home cleaning, office and retail cleaning, restaurant cleaning, construction support, moving assistance, deep cleaning, stairwell cleaning, and window washing. We also handle all types of contracting work such as new construction, demolition, renovation, electrical repairs, painting, lawn mowing, and snow removal.

We are a close-knit team working closely together with open communication from administration to cleaning staff. Employee well-being and strong relationships are our top priority!

Amhult Entreprenadservice AB is covered by the Almega / Kommunal Collective Agreement, FORA, and holds liability insurance via Svedea.

Your Responsibilities:

In your role at Amhult Entreprenadservice AB, you will work part-time with the opportunity to later expand to a higher percentage or full-time position. Your main duties will include home, office, and retail cleaning, but may also involve restaurant cleaning, construction support, moving assistance, stairwell cleaning, deep cleaning, and window washing.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • B-class driver's license
  • High school diploma
  • Excellent reading, speaking, and understanding skills in Swedish
  • Previous professional cleaning experience

MERITORIOUS:

  • Local care/cleaning education
  • Previous professional home cleaning experience
  • Excellent reading, speaking, and understanding skills in English

Your Profile:

For Amhult Entreprenadservice AB, it is a requirement that you have prior experience in professional cleaning and possess a meticulous eye for detail and a pedantic approach to finishing.

An additional requirement for this position is a B-class driver's license and excellent Swedish language skills!

As a person, you are outgoing, always with a smile, and make a great first impression on our customers. You are organized, ensure your work clothes are clean and intact at the start of each day, and always wear logged-in work attire. Keeping track of keys, schedules, and times is no problem for you, nor is contacting customers via call/SMS to arm/disarm house alarms. You work according to our Swedish checklists and take responsibility for ensuring cleaning quality meets the standards and requirements our customers are accustomed to.
