You will step into an important role where you are responsible for the service ownership of a mobile access solution used in care-related operations. The focus is on leading and coordinating the further development of a solution for secure login on shared mobile devices, with the goal that the service remains relevant over time and delivers the functionality the business needs.

• You lead and coordinate the service ownership for the mobile access solution.
• You ensure that the service continues to be relevant over time based on the business's needs.
• You drive the work to ensure that agreed-upon functionality is delivered.
• You create, further develop, and maintain governing documents such as service descriptions, service plans, maintenance plans, and development plans.
• You coordinate, weigh, and prioritize requirements from various stakeholders and businesses.
• You create momentum by working structured and independently within the framework of the assignment's mandate.
• You communicate with different target groups and adapt messages based on role, need, and context.

• At least three years of experience in the role of service owner.
• Experience in creating and maintaining service descriptions, service plans, maintenance plans, development plans, or equivalent governing documents.
• At least 5 years of experience in municipal operations.
• Good experience with access services.

• Experience from a larger and complex organization with socially important or business-critical IT.
