About the job

We are now looking for a motivated and service-minded retail sales assistant with a strong work ethic, who wants to spread positivity and energy in our store in Sollentuna. The position is initially a summer temporary position of 5 hours/week, with employment until September 6th. There are good opportunities for extension thereafter. We would like you to start as soon as possible, so we will be filling the position on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities:

• Sales and customer service
• Stock replenishment
• Ensure the store is clean and inviting
• Cashier duties and participation in opening/closing procedures

About you

We are now looking for an engaged and hardworking retail sales assistant who:

• Is service-oriented with a positive attitude
• Is a team player who sees opportunities rather than limitations
• Is willing to learn the Deichmann Shoes concept
• Is prepared for hard physical work as heavy lifting may occur

We see many paths into Deichmann; your attitude and engagement are the most important qualities. You may have previous experience from service jobs, e.g., restaurant/retail, or worked in a similar industry where you are used to a fast pace, or perhaps you are looking for your first job where you want to learn, develop, and have the right attitude.

If you are a person who enjoys people and wants to give that little extra to the customer, this job might be for you. As a person, you readily take on responsibility and thrive on challenges. We also appreciate that you are open to working in nearby stores and that you have the possibility to work extra hours if needed. You must be at least 18 years old to work with us, and you must speak and write fluent Swedish.
