To ÖoB in Märsta, we are now looking for a customer-focused and development-oriented deputy store manager with experience in leadership and retail.

As the deputy store manager, you are a key member of the store's management team and work closely with the store manager, responsible for operations, sales, and creating a positive and developmental work environment. You help drive the business forward, both operationally and strategically.

We are looking for you who have previous experience as a deputy store manager (assistant store manager) or department manager, and who have the ambition to eventually take the next step into the role of store manager. You are a confident and engaged leader who serves as a role model for your colleagues and is motivated by developing both employees and the business.

You are responsible, have good collaboration skills, and enjoy working with people. You have an interest in retail and leadership, and see opportunities in growing with new challenges. The role involves many contact points, which requires good communication skills as well as the ability to plan and organize your work.

We are looking for you who are self-reliant and goal-oriented, with the drive to contribute to sales, employee development, and good results, always in line with ÖoB's concept and working model.

Experience from a leadership position within retail or grocery trade is meritorious, as is experience working in large-scale operations and a forklift license.

The position is permanent, 35 hours/week with start date August 2026. Working hours are varying and include evenings and weekends.
