Job Description

We are now looking for an engaged and safety-conscious production worker for our client. In this central role, you will be the hub of our daily operations and work closely with material flow. Your main responsibilities include:

• Logistics & Machinery: Unloading and loading trucks and sea containers using wheel loaders.
• Quality Assurance: Sorting and classifying iron and metals, as well as receiving inspections of incoming materials.
• Customer Service: Meeting and guiding private customers with their matters and ensuring smooth material handling.
• Maintenance: Ongoing supervision and basic servicing of machinery, as well as cleaning according to routine.
• Safety: Conducting self-inspections and risk assessments, as well as reporting incidents.
• Teamwork: Supporting colleagues when needed and actively contributing improvement suggestions in daily work.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who is a problem solver with the ability to quickly switch between different tasks. You are self-assured, easy to collaborate with, and contribute to a positive atmosphere in the workplace. Since safety always comes first with us, we expect you to work methodically and responsibly.

Qualifications (Requirements):

• Valid wheel loader license (Category A or B) and documented experience operating a wheel loader.
• High school diploma.
• Experience conducting risk assessments in the workplace.
• Category B driver's license (manual transmission).
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
