Then Städa Hem might be the right workplace for you. Today, we are a team of approximately 90 employees, and we started in 2016 with a focus on being the best at home cleaning, not the largest.

Today, we help over 1,100 customers with regular home cleaning. With us, you become part of a team that wants to make cleaning day the best day of the week for our customers.

What do we do at Städa Hem?

At Städa Hem, we only clean private households on a regular basis.

Psst!

This position requires a valid driver's license. An automatic transmission is perfectly fine, but manual is also possible!

Consider the commute to work every day before applying. A commute of over an hour usually does not hold up in the long run.

You can receive a company car for private use as a benefit, but this requires you to work 100%.

Working hours and schedule:

You will receive a fixed schedule that you can view on your phone with your own customers. You will start from home.

Our working hours are 08:00–17:00 Monday to Friday. If you cannot work these hours, we ask that you do not apply for this job.

We would like you to:

• Have previous experience in cleaning.
• Enjoy working in service.
• Be meticulous and punctual.
• Be able to work independently.
• Have a positive attitude and be helpful to both customers and colleagues.
• Have basic language skills in Swedish or English. Basic knowledge is sufficient.

Salary and benefits:

• Monthly salary with individual salary setting.
• Wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK.
• Pension contribution of 4.2%.
• Travel between customers is a work task and is therefore included in the salary.
• Full insurance (life, accident, and health insurance).
• 25 vacation days per year.
• Access to company events.
