What do we do at Städade Hem?

At Städade Hem, we only clean private households on a regular basis.

This position requires a valid driver's license. Automatic transmission is great, manual is also fine!

Consider your commute time to work every day before applying. A commute of over an hour usually does not hold up in the long run.

You can receive a car from us to use privately as a benefit, in which case you need to work 100%.

Working hours and schedule:

You will receive a fixed schedule that you can view on your phone with your own customers, starting from your home.

Our working hours are 08:00–17:00 Monday to Friday. If you cannot work these hours, we ask that you do not apply for this job.

We would like you to:

• Have previous experience in cleaning.
• Enjoy working in customer service.
• Be meticulous and punctual.
• Be able to work independently.
• Have a positive attitude and be helpful to both customers and colleagues.
• Have basic language skills in Swedish or English. Some Swedish or English is sufficient.

Salary and benefits:

• Monthly salary, individual salary setting.
• Wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK.
• Pension contribution of 4.2%.
• Travel between customers is a work task and is therefore included in the salary.
• Full insurance (life, accident, and health insurance).
• 25 days of vacation per year.
• Events and team activities.
