About the Role

At Northmill, we build technology that makes banking services simpler and better. To achieve this, our employees need a stable and secure IT environment.

We are now looking for an IT Support Engineer who wants to ensure that technology works when it matters most. You will become a key part of our internal IT team, working hands-on to provide fast and professional support to our colleagues.

As an IT Support Engineer, you will work operationally with daily IT support, helping our employees with everything from computers and accounts to networks and workplace tools.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first-line support for hardware, software, and user accounts
  • Managing IT and telephony tickets, coordinating and escalating as needed
  • Installing and configuring computers and other IT equipment
  • Handling employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Administering user accounts and permissions
  • Working with endpoint management and client administration
  • Managing the lifecycle of IT equipment from planning and purchasing to maintenance and decommissioning
  • Documenting solutions and contributing to improved guides and procedures
  • Ensuring our employees receive fast and professional support

Your Background

You enjoy helping others and are motivated by solving problems quickly and efficiently. You are structured, service-oriented, and have a strong technical interest. You communicate clearly and can adapt your explanation of technical concepts to people with varying levels of technical background.

  • Experience in IT support or Helpdesk
  • Good knowledge of macOS and Windows
  • Experience with modern SaaS environments
  • Experience with identity platforms such as Okta, Entra ID, or Google Workspace
  • Experience with endpoint management, e.g., Jamf, Intune, or Kandji
  • Basic knowledge of networking
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
  • Experience with ticketing systems is a plus
