Then Städade Hem might be the right workplace for you. Today, we are a team of approximately 90 employees, founded in 2016 with the goal of being the best at home cleaning, not the largest.

Today, we help over 1,100 customers with regular home cleaning. With us, you become part of a team striving to make cleaning day the best day of the week for our customers.

What do we do at Städade Hem?

At Städade Hem, we only clean private households on a regular basis. This position is located in Värmdö.

Psst!

This position requires a valid driver's license. Both automatic and manual transmissions work perfectly fine.

Consider your commute time to work every day before applying. A commute of over an hour usually does not last long.

You can receive a car from us to use privately as a benefit, or exclusively for work – the choice is yours.

Working hours and schedule:

You will receive a fixed schedule visible in your phone with your own customers. You will start from home.

Flexible working days according to agreement with you. Working hours are 08:00–17:00. If you cannot work these hours, we ask that you do not apply for this job.

We would like you to:

• Have previous experience in cleaning.
• Enjoy working in service.
• Be meticulous and punctual.
• Be able to work independently.
• Have a positive attitude and be helpful to both customers and colleagues.
• Have basic language skills in Swedish or English. Basic knowledge is sufficient.

Salary and benefits:

• Monthly salary with individual salary setting.
• Wellness allowance of 3,750 SEK.
• Pension contribution of 4.2%.
• Travel between customers is a work task and is therefore included in the salary.
• Full insurance (life, accident, and health insurance).
• 25 vacation days per year.
• SL card (public transport) if you do not drive a car.
