We are currently recruiting CNC operators for our client in Mölnlycke! Are you a meticulous and technically interested person who thrives in an industrial environment and wants to work with quality and precision? Then this could be the role for you!

About the role

As a CNC operator, you work in production with responsibility for ensuring an efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing process. The work takes place in an industrial series production with standardized processes and recurring tasks, rather than custom manufacturing.

• Location: Mölnlycke
• Working hours: Daytime / 2-shifts
• Start: According to agreement

Your tasks

• Operating and monitoring CNC-controlled machines
• Adjustments and settings in the machine
• Reading drawings and working from technical documentation
• Measurement and quality control according to instructions
• Troubleshooting and resolving minor operational disruptions
• Documentation of production and deviations

About you

We are looking for someone who thrives in an industrial environment and enjoys practical, hands-on work. You are meticulous, responsible, and structured in your approach, with a desire to learn and develop in the role. You are confident in production and take responsibility for quality and safety in your work.

Formal requirements

• CNC education or equivalent experience working with CNC-controlled machines
• Experience working in industrial production and assembly
• Good knowledge of Swedish

Meritorious qualifications

• Previous experience working as a CNC operator
• Experience with series production in industry
