We are currently seeking a nursing assistant for the Ringelsta night shift/Night Patrol. The position involves some collaboration and joint planning with staff from Länsmansgården Night. We are looking for passionate and dedicated care heroes.

Here, you will have the opportunity to contribute to ensuring that our elderly residents have a secure, dignified, and caring nighttime routine. Through your engagement and presence, you create the conditions for a good life with care and respect.

• You meet the resident's individual needs for care and support based on approved decisions.
• Document in the operational system Pulsen Combine and follow individual implementation plans, as well as performing health and social care interventions delegated by the Health and Social Care Administration (HSL).
• Collaboration is key! You work closely with other night staff and HSL personnel to ensure that all users receive the best possible care.

Qualifications: Education in health and social care or equivalent experience. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
