As a recruiter with us, your mission is to recruit monthly donors and members through direct dialogue with people on the streets and in public squares.

Together with your recruitment team, you represent the Red Cross and work to encourage more people to support our work and our volunteers in wars, crises, and disasters around the world – both in Sweden and internationally.

We are looking for someone who:

• We encourage applicants of all ages. However, you must be at least 18 years old.

Practical Information:

Employment type: Probationary employment with the possibility of permanent employment after 6 months
Location: Stockholm
Working hours: 10:30–17:00

Salary: 140 SEK
Scope: 2 days a week, Saturdays and Sundays
Desired start date: April 25, 2026

Mandatory introductory training: April 13, 2026
