Restaurang Brazilia is now looking for an independent and experienced lunch cook to join our kitchen team! We serve over 280 lunches daily from Monday to Friday in the heart of KTH Campus in Stockholm. Our focus is on traditional Swedish home cooking and international buffet dishes – flavorful, well-prepared food with high quality and good service.

About the position

• Employment type: Full-time

• Working hours: Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00

• Workplace: Restaurang Brazilia, KTH Campus, Stockholm

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook buffet dishes (Swedish home cooking and international dishes)

• Plan and be responsible for the daily lunches

• Ensure good hygiene and order in the kitchen

• Work both independently and as part of a team

• Participate in daily routines such as prep, serving, cleaning, and quality control

We are looking for someone who

• Has documented experience as a lunch cook, preferably from a buffet restaurant

• Is independent, responsible, efficient, and organized

• Has good teamwork skills but is also confident working independently

• Has knowledge of food hygiene and routines in a professional kitchen

• Speaks Swedish or English
