Kopparberg Health Center is a small workplace, located about four miles from Lindesberg Hospital. This makes our patient work both broad and varied. Our mission is to help people when they are in need of healthcare, but also to prevent illness. For us, both parts are equally important.

The team carrying out this mission is a close-knit group of approximately 20 people, where everyone plays an important role. Here we help each other, within and between all professional groups. As an employee here, you will help the town's residents achieve good health through both care and preventive measures. You will have patient contact at the health center in the form of functional assessments, treatments, planning, coordination of interventions, and leading group activities.

The responsibilities include both scheduled appointments and handling acute conditions at the primary care level. You will support other professions at the health center with your expertise and be actively involved in development work within the operations. Work with digital solutions is performed based on patient needs.

We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist.

Since the position involves meetings with both patients and colleagues, we consider it a given that you are good at creating positive interactions. You are also comfortable collaborating in teams with other professional groups at the health center and with external partners.

As a person, you are independent, take initiative, and adapt easily. You have drive and the willingness to contribute to the continuous development and change of the health center.

Start date: According to agreement.

The application should include a CV, a cover letter, and certificates for completed healthcare courses, as well as proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare regarding the protected professional title if applicable. Other certificates, grades, diplomas, etc., should be provided during a potential interview.
