Your Role

As part of our climate transition, our processes and input materials for cement production are constantly changing. To make necessary changes and tests, we are temporarily strengthening our existing shifts. Our regular shifts consist of three employees working from 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, and 22:00–06:00 on a rotating schedule, including weekdays and weekends. During this current development period, we need one additional employee as the work involves significant manual tasks such as measuring, weighing, carrying, shoveling, and moving materials. You will receive an introduction with a strong focus on safe work and get a glimpse of the rest of the production. You will become a key cog in making our new method work, and we believe you will discover how wonderful our workplace is and what kind of jobs exist in the industry.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a high sense of safety, who is meticulous and has strong collaboration skills. Previous industrial experience is not required as we have both simpler and more demanding tasks within the shift. Requirements for the position include a high school diploma and a forklift license. A loader license (wheel loader handling) is preferred. Our instructions and routines are in Swedish, and we need to communicate frequently to maintain good cooperation, which is why we consider good Swedish skills in both speech and writing to be a requirement. We are a large facility, and you must be able to work at heights.

Application and Start Date

We are looking for an employee who can work from August to September. The shift work consists of morning, afternoon, and night passes as described above (including weekends). The position is a fixed-term employment for this shorter period; there may be an opportunity to work on new shifts during the autumn.
