2 Positions Available

Job Description

We are now looking for more nurses to join our home care team for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

You will work with planned and urgent interventions, such as assessments in home care settings, both in specialized housing and ordinary residences. The work in home care involves standard nursing duties, as well as a significant portion of advanced home care and end-of-life care.

You will work based on a person-centered approach with the individual in focus, where the team with other professions is important. You will be assigned patient responsibility, where relationship building is a key part of creating security and trust.

The work is varied and stimulating, and you plan your own shifts based on planned and urgent interventions.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, preferably with specialist training such as district nursing or elderly care.

You are confident in your role as a nurse and enjoy working both independently and in a team.

We value qualities such as good communication skills and a welcoming attitude. You are flexible, responsible, and able to maintain focus in stressful situations. Personal suitability is given great importance.

We offer you an individual introduction. A valid driver's license is required.

Employment Terms

• Salary: Monthly salary.
