Design and Production Manager for a comprehensive railway project. We are looking for you who have extensive experience in the design and production of railway station buildings and thrive in a leading role with many interfaces.

As Design and Production Manager, you are responsible for leading, coordinating, and monitoring the design and production work within station buildings and station environments. You work closely with project and design management and ensure that the project is carried out safely, efficiently, and with high quality.

In the role, you will among other things:

• Lead and direct the design and production work for station buildings and station environments.
• Ensure that the facility is safe, buildable, and reliable in operation.
• Review and monitor the work of design consultants.
• Be responsible for the preparation of management documentation prior to handover to the owner.
• Participate in procurement strategies and procurement of contracts and production agreements.
• Identify and coordinate technical and organizational interfaces.
• Report on the project's status regarding time, cost, quality, environment, working environment, and risk.
• Prepare calculations, budgets, and forecasts.
• Lead the work with revision of construction documents and produce analyses, reports, and investigations.
• Be responsible for risk management and follow-up.
• Ensure documentation of contractors' self-control.
• Assist the project manager in daily project work.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and other project organizations.
• Participate in and lead internal and external project meetings.

We are looking for you who have

Required Requirements

• Engineer's degree or equivalent education and experience considered equivalent.
• At least 8 years of experience from large infrastructure projects with a project budget over 300 MSEK in roles such as design manager, construction manager, or project manager within the client organization.
• At least 3 years of experience in designing railway station buildings (not subway or tram) in the role of design manager or equivalent coordinating function.
• At least 3 years of experience in production/construction of railway station buildings (not subway or tram) as project manager, site manager, or coordinating construction manager.
• Documented knowledge of AB 04, ABT 06, and ABK 09.
• Documented knowledge in AMA.
• Experience with the client's working environment responsibility.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
• Valid Protection and Safety Training (SoS).
• Experience working within BAS-P and BAS-U and a valid training certificate.
• Category B driver's license.
