We are looking for a CHEF with AT LEAST 4 YEARS OF DOCUMENTED EXPERIENCE who is a team player and has a great passion for the profession, to join a cozy bistro/brasserie with a French touch and Scandinavian/international influences. You should have a passion for cooking, be creative, organized, curious, motivated, positive, energetic, able to pace yourself and handle pressure (stress-resistant), honest, reliable, and punctual.
The role involves ordering supplies (Swedish language is a requirement), receiving goods, preparing and processing raw ingredients, suggesting and cooking dishes, post-service tasks, handover, and cleaning.
The restaurant is open Monday–Saturday for lunch and dinner. Closed on Sundays, except on Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Sundays in Advent. Employment is governed by Visitas and HRF regulations and guidelines, affiliated with Fora.
Camaraderie among staff is just as important as the hospitality shown to guests. The restaurant is located in the heart of Lund, with bus and train connections within a 5-minute distance.
