Team Leader for Facility Cleaning

SIMH Sweden AB, Region Central Sweden/Stockholm, is expanding and looking for an additional Team Leader. We are seeking a candidate with extensive experience in leadership within the cleaning industry, who is responsible and has high standards for service.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities, especially your ability to collaborate and your solution-oriented approach, as the role involves many contact points. To fit into our team and align with our values, you must be someone who takes pride in their work and performance.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of cleaning operations
• Strong experience in leadership/team management
• Good experience and knowledge in quality assessments as well as environmental and work environment management relevant to the role
• Proficiency in using digital reporting systems relevant to the profession
• Education relevant to the profession
• Valid Driver’s License (Category B)

Preferred Qualifications: Good knowledge of specialized cleaning.
