About the assignment

A family in Barkarbystaden with two children (soon to be 9 & 11 years old) is looking for a backup babysitter. The regular nannies work weekdays from 17:30 for a few hours, as well as one weekend per month.

The family therefore needs help when the other nanny is unavailable, so the number of shifts may vary.

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competence profiles and ages, so we offer individual salary setting for all who have a high school diploma. For all who are still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour incl. vacation pay.
