We are now looking for an additional full-time property maintenance technician to strengthen our team at Nordby Shopping Center.

About the position

As a property maintenance technician, you will be responsible, together with the team, for the daily operations and maintenance of Nordby Shopping Center. The work is varied and requires both independence and good teamwork skills.

As a property maintenance technician at Nordby Shopping Center, you will, among other things:

• Perform repairs and ongoing maintenance in and around the shopping center
• Handle daily fault reports and service issues
• Monitor technical installations
• Ensure that public areas are in good condition
• The position includes on-call duty every fourth week

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is practical, service-oriented, and enjoys taking responsibility. You work independently while appreciating collaboration with colleagues.

We would prefer that you have:

• Category B driver's license (required)
• Lift license and front-end loader certificate (meritorious)
• Experience working with fire alarms and sprinkler systems (meritorious)
• Previous experience in property maintenance or similar tasks (meritorious)
• Practical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to take responsibility and be service-oriented

If you do not have a lift license or front-end loader certificate, we can offer training/certification for this. In this recruitment, we place great emphasis on personal suitability.
