We are now looking for several Foremen for the Industry Division and our paving operations in Södertälje. Your role as ForemanAs a Foreman, you drive daily production with personal responsibility for leading and planning your work team. The focus of the work lies in planning and executing assigned tasks, as well as establishing and developing customer relationships. As a Foreman, you report to and support the Site Manager with monitoring efficiency and economics, ensuring that the management system and other regulations within the area are applied. In the role of Foreman, you are allowed to grow with responsibility.
We primarily perform paving works in Stockholm and the surrounding area.
The location is Södertälje, and part of the work is performed during unsocial hours.
Who are you?We are looking for you who have an interest and a few years of experience from the paving industry and at least a high school education or similar, preferably with a focus on the construction industry. It is an advantage if you have worked as a team leader and have knowledge of asphalt production. Experience with earthworks is also a plus.
As a Foreman, you provide clear guidelines, motivate others, give them authority and opportunities for development. As a leader, it is important that you create team spirit, show respect for others' opinions, and uphold ethics and values. You focus on the customer's needs and maintain good service, quality, and productivity according to high standards. A structured approach and good order are prerequisites for handling the different parts of the Foreman role. You take initiative, solve problems, and enjoy contact with customers and suppliers.
You have at least a B driver's license and good computer skills, as administration occurs periodically.
