We are now looking for a Foreman for our construction operations in Östergötland. Your role as Foreman
As a Foreman at Svevia, you will play a key role in our construction projects. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating on-site work to ensure the project progresses according to plan, as well as creating and following up on schedules. A key part of the role is conducting quality work preparations together with your team and holding regular meetings with internal employees and subcontractors. A Foreman at Svevia is accustomed to handling invoice checks, diaries, notifications, and other quality documentation.
You will belong to a larger area managed by a Construction Manager, with a focus on projects in Östergötland. This means you may need to be on-site at projects from Monday to Thursday, depending on the project's location in the region.
Who are you?
To be successful in this role, we consider it a given that you have experience in the role of Foreman within construction and infrastructure projects, either with a focus on earthworks or concrete. As a person, you are proactive, solve problems, and tackle the challenges and changes that arise in daily work. You thrive on taking responsibility and enjoy an independent role; you are eager to contribute ideas and have the ability to create profitable business. You are motivated and grow by working with problem-solving and planning, and you do this with order and structure.

Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written, computer proficiency, and a valid B-driver's license are considered prerequisites.
