About the role

As a building technician with us, you will have a varied and stimulating job with great personal responsibility. You work both practically and problem-solving with the operation and maintenance of the customer's properties – in this assignment, stations and depots – which provides a varied and developing work environment.

Your main tasks consist of performing maintenance, repairs, and installations, supporting tenants with orders and troubleshooting, and working preventively with supervision and maintenance to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operation.

We work in close cooperation with our customer and constantly strive to develop the function and quality of the properties. With us, you have good opportunities to grow in your role, with ongoing investments in competence development and training.

To succeed in the role, you need

• At least a 3-year upper secondary education with a vocational diploma or university entrance qualification
• At least 3 years of practical experience as a building technician
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Very good computer skills and administrative ability as all reporting is done digitally
• Class B driver's license

Meritorious

• Certificates in Fall Protection, First Aid, Hot Work
• Knowledge within HVAC, control and monitoring
• Further education in electricity, HVAC, or safe water
