About the job
Do you have experience cooking Asian cuisine, specifically Japanese dishes such as ramen and sushi?
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previously worked in Asian kitchens, or has a strong interest in Asian cuisine.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and handles stress well.
- Is a team player, but also accustomed to working independently.
- Is creative and eager to contribute new ideas to our growing menu.
You will be responsible for distributing tasks in the kitchen, preparing dishes for our guests, and ensuring that both quality and pace remain at a high level.
Previous experience working in an Asian kitchen is considered a plus.
