After nearly 30 years with us, our fantastic Birgitta has decided to try something new outside the hotel industry. And now we are looking for her successor.

Currently, we are running the hotel from Elite Lilla Hotellet with 52 rooms, while Elite Stora Hotellet is undergoing extensive renovation. In the spring of 2027, we will reopen — this time with 197 hotel rooms, new restaurants, meeting facilities, and a hotel we are very proud of.

This is a role for you who enjoys leading people and thrives in a dynamic environment. You will be joining us during an exciting phase where we are gradually building up the organization ahead of the opening. Together with your colleagues, you will help create routines, recruit new staff, and build a reception team ready for when we open our doors again.

As the Reception Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations of the reception — including staffing, scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and development of the team. You are also an important part of the hotel's management group and work closely with other departments to ensure the entire hotel functions as smoothly as possible.

We are looking for you who is a confident leader and team player. You appreciate order and structure, but are also the one who is happy to help out when needed. You have a natural guest focus and believe that good hospitality is a given.

The position is full-time with a fixed monthly salary. We have a collective agreement through Unionen, and the start date is negotiable. Working hours are primarily during daytime Monday–Friday, but since you are responsible for the reception, you may need to be on-site during evenings and weekends when operations require it.
