As a coordinator with us, you have a key role in the daily work. Your task is to give our employees the best possible conditions to offer customers good care and social support – always within the framework of support decisions and with the customer's participation, self-determination, and security in focus. Our pleasant meeting room is located at Sandhamnsgatan 8 with good public transport connections in central Stockholm, near the Gärdet metro station.

  • Make home visits to new customers and participate in the operation's digital development, for example, follow-up of performed interventions, purchases, meetings, and training.
  • Lead small group meetings with employees to review customer cases and working methods.
  • Contribute to a cost-effective way of working with a focus on the operation's resources and quality.

Your competence and experience

We are looking for you who have:
