About the role of Sales Representative Relining
As a salesperson at Renoa, you drive the entire business in the Uppsala area – from first contact and needs analysis to quote, advice, and closing. You work in the field, meet homeowners in their home environment, and help them understand the condition, risks, and opportunities in their sewage systems. The role suits you if you like creating your own business opportunities, building trust quickly, and turning activity into results. You report to Henrik Fängström and become an important part of our sales team.
This is what you will do:
- Drive your own pipeline in Uppsala and the surrounding area through prospecting, follow-up, and booking customer meetings
- Conduct needs analysis and technical customer visits using camera equipment
- Present solutions, handle objections, and create confidence in the customer's decision
- Prepare quote proposals and close deals at private customers' homes
- Document, follow up, and prioritize customer contacts in our CRM
- Work purposefully towards individual goals, team goals, and the company's growth targets

We would like you to have:
- High school education
- Experience in field sales, direct sales, or canvassing sales towards private customers
- Experience working systematically with CRM, follow-up, and digital quote tools
- Good Swedish in speech and writing; English is an advantage
- Category B driver's license; required
