With over 6,500 employees across the country, from north to south, we deliver service that makes a difference. We offer our customers everything from cleaning to technical services, catering, and workplace services. We create workplaces where people thrive, businesses grow, and sustainability is a given – socially, environmentally, and commercially. Our employees are the heart of what we do – and crucial for our customers to feel safe, seen – and for their workplaces to flourish.
Do you want to lead people, develop businesses, and create world-class service? ISS Cleaning is now looking for an engaged and business-driven Operations Manager for our operations in Gothenburg.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Operations Manager, you have overall responsibility for your operational area and lead the delivery of our service offerings, primarily within cleaning but also other services such as reception and caretaking may be included. You are responsible for finance, personnel, and customer relations, and ensure that delivery takes place according to customer contracts, set goals, and ISS's high quality standards. Together with customers, you actively work to develop the business, identify improvement opportunities, and create added value. You have direct personnel responsibility for approximately 50 employees and work closely with team leaders who support daily operations. Through a present and coaching leadership style, you create conditions for employees to develop, thrive, and perform. You are responsible for ensuring the business is correctly sized and staffed, and that work is conducted according to laws, agreements, and ISS policies and values. Your workplace is in Mölndal, where you are part of the regional management group together with the Regional Director and six other Operations Managers. The position is a permanent full-time role with a start date to be agreed upon. We apply a six-month probation period.

Our focus is on taking care of and developing our employees, because we believe that "People make places". ISS offers among other things training and talent programs – all to ensure you are engaged and developed at work.
We value diversity and inclusion highly. At ISS, all people are of equal value and have the same rights and opportunities. Our employees reflect the diversity of society, which is both a competitive advantage and an asset in our long-term sustainable work. Our inclusive corporate culture strengthens our employees, makes us more creative and productive, and creates a more attractive workplace.
ISS values, which are fundamental to how we work, are quality, responsibility, honesty, entrepreneurship, and community. Therefore, it is important that you feel your way of working and attitude align with these.
