Do you want to take responsibility for a warehouse where no two days are alike?

For a confidential client in the exhibition and events industry, we are looking for a Warehouse Manager within Production for their operations in Bromma.

This is not a traditional warehouse job. You will be responsible for the warehouse while also participating in production, assembly, and the development of working methods. This role is perfect for you if you want varied work with significant personal responsibility.

You will be the first person in a growing warehouse and production team, with the opportunity to influence how the business develops forward.

About the Role

You are responsible for the company's warehouse and work closely with project managers to ensure that the right materials are in the right place at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing goods
• Load, unload, and pack materials for exhibitions and events
• Book transport and handle returns
• Purchase packaging and consumables
• Pick up and deliver materials to customers and suppliers
• Participate in simple production and carpentry tasks
• Assist with assembly and dismantling
• Contribute to the development of warehouse and work processes

Travel within Sweden and Europe occurs during certain periods.

Who Are You?

You are a responsible and practical person who thrives in a varied work environment. You work independently, appreciate order, and see solutions where others see problems.

We believe you have experience from warehousing, logistics, assembly, production, or similar practical work. Experience from the exhibition or events industry is an advantage but not a requirement.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Valid B-class driver's license (mandatory)
• Experience in warehousing, logistics, production, or assembly
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Counterbalance forklift license is an advantage
