At our facility, we work within all specialties, although the vast majority of patients require our internal medicine expertise. RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of a nursing assistant, your duties consist of nursing and treatment of the acutely ill patient with a focus within several different specialties. The work also includes sampling, dressing changes, monitoring, and other common nursing assistant tasks. As a nursing assistant at AVA, you have great responsibility and are highly involved in the flow and patient-proximity work.

At our facility, you work in a team consisting of a nurse, a nursing assistant, and a doctor. We value good collaboration as everyone's knowledge is equally important for the patient's best interest. On our ward, you will encounter varied and stimulating work in a good work environment that also places high demands on flexibility and good prioritization skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are educated as a nursing assistant with a focus on emergency care/healthcare according to the previous program structure or are educated as a nursing assistant within the new program structure who has studied all specializations. You have good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. Previous experience in inpatient care is a requirement, and previous experience from emergency care is highly meritorious.

As a person, we want you to be confident in your role and have a positive attitude. You have the ability to share your own experiences and are open to learning new things. The work requires that you put the patient in focus and have a great interest in being involved and developing our operations. We consider it a given that you want to develop and share your previous experience. Furthermore, you are a responsible person who enjoys varied work.
