About the assignment

A family in Hallsberg with three children, aged 2, 4, and 6, is seeking help with childcare 1–2 times per month. The family requires assistance during the evenings.

Since being a babysitter is a side job, we prefer that you have another main occupation, such as studies or a part-time job. To ensure a long-term relationship, we ask that you have a reasonable commute to the family (we usually aim for around 30 minutes).

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competence profiles and ages, so we offer individual salary setting for everyone who has a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour including holiday pay.
