Do you have experience in assembly, thrive in an industrial environment, and enjoy working at a fast pace? This could be the right role for you. We are currently looking for assemblers for autumn assignments with our client, Husqvarna AB. Don't hesitate to apply today if this sounds interesting!

About the role

You will be working on the assembly of the company's well-known products – such as chainsaws, robotic lawnmowers, brush cutters, and other garden and forestry products. The work takes place at a fast pace on an assembly line and involves the use of various tools. You will be part of a larger team in an environment characterized by diversity.

The assembler position is a full-time assignment where you work as a consultant based in Huskvarna. The duration of the assignment may vary, but it typically involves a 6-month probationary employment period, with the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate. Working hours vary depending on the station, but generally involve day shifts or two-shift systems; in some cases, a continuous weekend shift may also occur. We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to work different shifts, as shift changes may occur.

About you

To succeed in this role, you need to have documented experience in assembly in a similar environment, preferably with a previous background in the metal industry or manufacturing production. The work is physically demanding and takes place at a fast pace, which means you should be comfortable with repetitive tasks, stress-resistant, and have good physical endurance. As a person, you are cooperative and a team player. You enjoy working towards common goals but also have the ability to drive your work forward independently with structure and precision.

Requirements for the role:

  • Previous experience in assembly within an industrial environment.
  • Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Flexibility regarding shifts and shift changes.
  • Previous background in the metal industry is a plus.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Then apply as soon as possible. You apply for the position by registering on our website via the form/link below. We do not accept applications via email.

Selection and interviews take place on an ongoing basis. As Husqvarna is closed for summer vacation during weeks 28–31, the assignment start is planned for the autumn when production is back to full capacity. This means that the feedback time may be longer than usual. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to your application.

About the application

In order for us to best assess your skills and experience, we ask that you submit an updated and clear CV, showing the roles you have held, your responsibilities, and how many years of experience you have in each area.

As part of the recruitment process, we use an automated video interview where you have the opportunity to present yourself further, and we conduct background checks on final candidates.

We look forward to receiving your application!
