We are a small, entrepreneurial team that dares to think big, and we are now looking for a warehouse employee who wants to help build a world-class customer experience.

As a warehouse employee at Vasafiskerian, you will work in our cold and freezer storage in Järfälla, where you are responsible for receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching our products. You ensure that every order is handled with the precision required to maintain the quality of our fish and shellfish, from the warehouse to the customer's door. You work closely with and report to our warehouse manager.

The role is physical and requires you to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will become part of a small team where you support each other in daily tasks, and where Vasafiskerian's rapid growth gives you the opportunity to help shape how we move forward.

Your responsibilities:

• Receiving, checking, and storing goods in cold and freezer storage
• Picking and packing customer orders for dispatch
• Operating forklifts for moving and handling goods
• Ensuring inventory balances are accurate and up to date
• Handling returns and complaints
• Conducting inventory and stock checks

You are responsible, detail-oriented, and enjoy physical work in a fast-paced environment. You are humble and willing to help where needed, while maintaining order and structure in your own work. You thrive in a cold working environment and understand the importance of handling food with the right quality throughout the entire chain.

We believe you have:

• Forklift license (A and B)
• Experience in warehouse work, preferably in cold/freezer storage
• Physical ability to handle heavy lifting and work in cold conditions
• Fluent Swedish and good knowledge of English
• Experience with warehouse systems such as Ongoing and from the food industry is a plus

The position is a permanent full-time role with a monthly salary, starting with a 6-month probation period.
