New team members wanted!

We are a small, private home care company with a long history of operations in Nacka. Our work is grounded in continuity and person-centered care and support. Since the spring of 2023, we have been "Star-Rated" (Stjärnmärkta) by Svensk Demenscentrum. This means our staff has received specialized training in person-centered care for dementia patients, and we strictly follow their vision and methods. We work continuously to maintain this high standard of education and care.

We have set a capacity limit to remain a small company, as we believe it is crucial for both our clients and employees that we know each other personally. This fosters a closer and more secure working environment.

Our chosen method of operation focuses on continuity and person-centered care. This creates security for both clients and staff, as relationships are built over time. Clients have a designated contact person with a dedicated work phone for easy communication. We adhere to the methods learned through our Star-Rating training.

Competence is vital to us. We strive to employ as many certified nursing assistants (undersköterskor) as possible. To ensure our staff feels confident and up-to-date, we offer a wide range of internal and online training courses, including CPR (HLR), customer service, communication, lifting techniques, and much more. We have a collective agreement with the trade union Kommunal.

We are currently seeking 3 new employees available for evening shifts on a rolling two-week schedule.
