We are now looking for a driven and creative florist who wants to be involved from the start and help build up Blomsterlandet in Enköping.

With personal responsibility and great initiative, you will work across all departments in the store, but primarily on the cut flower section. You have a business mindset and actively work to develop your department. You are responsible for ensuring the department is always well-stocked and inspiring, meeting customer expectations.

• Department responsibility for the cut flower section

• Ordering responsibility for your department

• Responsibility for sales planning

• Goods receiving, merchandising, and picking

• Is a trained florist

• Has a few years of experience in the role of a florist

• Is organized and structured

• Is accustomed to working with KPI tracking

Experience in creating wedding and funeral arrangements is an advantage.

Employment Type: Permanent position, 25 hours per week.

Working hours are varied and include work every other weekend.

We apply the collective agreement for the Retail sector and have a six-month probation period.
