It’s mornings with freshly baked bread, the scent of cinnamon buns and sourdough loaves, a fast pace as ski guests stream in – and a team that creates memorable experiences together.

For the winter season 2026/2027, we are looking for a trained pastry chef who wants to help develop our bakery and deliver high-quality baked goods to our restaurants and cafés.

The season runs from mid-December to the end of April.

About the role

As a pastry chef here, you are responsible for the daily production of bread, pastries, and other baked goods for our operations. You plan and structure your work independently, ensure high quality in production, and contribute ideas and improvements.

You work autonomously but are also a key part of our restaurant team, where we support each other and help out when the pace is fast.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a pastry chef education or other relevant training, along with a few years of experience as a pastry chef
• Is organized, used to planning your workday, self-motivated, and takes initiative
• Thrives in a period of high tempo
• Enjoys collaborating and contributing to a positive work environment
• Has an eye for quality and pride in your craft
• Has a B-class driver’s license and access to a car (required)

Tänndalen is a cozy mountain and ski resort in western Härjedalen. But Tänndalen is much more than just a place. There is a special atmosphere here, a feeling that is hard to put into words. Every winter, four to five meters of natural snow falls over the ski area, which stretches through the entire valley from Hamra in the west to Svansjön in the east. The alpine ski system in Tänndalen offers a total of 54 varied runs, both above and below the tree line. Always soft, rolling, and well-groomed. In Tänndalen, you will find ski rental and a sports shop, three children’s areas, two snow parks, and eight restaurants/cafés. What all the restaurants have in common is high quality and inspiration from the mountain’s flavor traditions.
