We are now looking for a skilled employee for the restaurant at Scandic Östersund Syd.

What does the role entail?

You are the first person the guest meets in our restaurant, so it is crucial that you have a warm demeanor, are attentive to details, and aware of the guest's needs. You have a burning interest in food and drink and appreciate order and tidiness, both in your own work and that of your colleagues. All of this is to provide our guests with a fantastic dining experience. Your main tasks will be serving food and drinks and managing your own cash register. Of course, you will also support the hotel team with other tasks as needed.

Who are you?

To fit the role, we believe you have at least two years of experience in similar work and experience in concept-driven operations. Since the job largely consists of communicating with guests, good knowledge of Swedish and English is a prerequisite. Speaking an additional language is an advantage.

However, the most important factors are your personal qualities and attitude. To fit the role, you need to be an attentive and non-hierarchical team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result. It is also important that you can convey good hospitality to the hotel's guests.

The position is a fixed-term part-time employment.
