Your role at Nobia

As a Forklift Driver at Nobia, you play a central role in daily operations. You work closely with production and are responsible for ensuring an efficient and smooth material flow.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Order picking
• Material handling and service to other departments
• Restocking materials in production
• Repackaging of materials
• Forklift operation in various workflows

You work independently in your role and are expected to take initiative to drive the work forward. At the same time, you have many internal contacts, which requires good collaboration and professional conduct.

Your background

We are looking for someone who is responsible, driven, and thrives in a role that combines structure with personal initiative.

We see that you have:

• Forklift license A1–A4 and B1–B2 (B6 is an advantage)
• Good computer skills
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

As a person, you are:

• Self-reliant and confident in making your own decisions
• Proactive and solution-oriented
• Social and team-oriented

Experience in similar work within warehousing or production is an advantage.
