Are you an experienced CNC operator who thrives in a varied role where you take responsibility throughout the entire manufacturing process? This could be the right opportunity for you. We are now looking for a CNC operator for a well-established manufacturing company in Kristianstad. The role involves independent work where you are responsible for programming, machine setup, and machining of parts using CNC milling.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

• Program CNC machines.
• Set up and operate primarily Haas milling machines.
• Prepare materials, for example by cutting.
• Ensure that production maintains high quality based on drawings and specifications.
• Contribute to an efficient production flow and good collaboration within the production team.

Your background/Qualities

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience with CNC programming and machine setup.
• Has experience with CNC milling, preferably on Haas machines.
• Can read and interpret technical drawings.
• Works carefully, is quality-conscious, and takes personal responsibility.
• Enjoys practical and varied work.

Experience with Fusion 360 is an advantage. If you have worked with other CAM programs, we see this as a strong foundation, as the company considers the system easy to learn for those with prior programming experience.

This is a temporary position starting as agreed, initially extending until Christmas. There are good opportunities for a permanent position depending on the company's future needs.
