Zogaj’s Montage & Betong AB is looking for a Project Manager/Foreman who works on-site in production.

We are looking for an experienced and engaged person who wants to combine leadership with practical work. The role involves leading our projects and our team while you also participate in the daily work on-site.

Responsibilities

Lead and plan the daily work at the construction site.
Work practically with assembly, prefabrication, concrete, and steel.
Ensure that work is carried out according to drawings, schedules, and quality requirements.
Communicate with clients and site management.
Be responsible for materials, planning, and working environment.

We are looking for someone who

Has experience in construction, assembly, or prefabrication.
Has experience leading personnel.
Is responsible and solution-oriented.
Has a valid driver's license (Category B) (mandatory).
Has good knowledge of Swedish and English.
Is willing to travel for work.
