We are now looking for an engaged colleague for our procurement department in Söderfors on a parental leave cover from October 2026 to October 2027.

For us, the right person is much more important than the right experience. We are open and flexible in our organization and will shape the exact content and responsibilities of the role based on your background and strengths.

In this role, you will have a varied and exciting daily routine with a strong focus on operational work and supplier relations. You will become the hub between our international partners and our local operations in Söderfors.

• Supplier Relations & Communication: You maintain and develop relationships with our suppliers around the world, where a large part of the contact takes place in English.

• Commercial Focus: You work with requests for quotation (RFQ), price negotiations, and cost tracking.

• Processes & Structure: We continuously work on improving how we work. Here you get the chance to help develop our internal procurement processes and ways of working.

• Problem Solving & Delivery Precision: You handle everyday challenges such as material shortages to ensure that our production has what it needs.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong interest in procurement, business, and international relations.

• Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English.

• Is solution-oriented, structured, and likes to drive things forward.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with or a strong interest in working with and developing processes.

• Experience working in environments with high quality and regulatory requirements (e.g., certifications such as ISO or similar standards).

• Previous experience in procurement or industry.
