About Us

Åretaxi is a family-owned taxi company based in Åre. For many years, we have been transporting guests, locals, and businesses in the region. What sets us apart is the diversity of our team: our drivers range from young individuals in their early twenties to experienced middle-aged colleagues, and a group of wonderful retirees who drive simply because they enjoy it. This mix creates a workplace where experience meets energy, and where everyone fits in, regardless of where they are in life.

We are constantly developing our operations – from our fleet to our booking system – but our core focus has always been to provide a safe, supportive, and fun place to work.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is hardworking, motivated, and takes pride in delivering excellent service to our customers – whether it’s an early morning, a cold winter day, or late at night. If you enjoy meeting people, taking responsibility, and jumping in where needed, you’ll fit right in with us.

• Support for those without a taxi driver’s license – we assist with both training and financing
• A job that works perfectly alongside studies, skiing, or other hobbies
• Start date from December 1st or another suitable date

Requirements:

• Motivation to obtain a taxi driver’s license before starting work
• Fluent Swedish (English is a plus)
• Category B driver’s license for at least 2 years, and you must be at least 20 years old
• Interest in getting to know the Åre mountains
