Hairdresser & Salon Manager Wanted – KH8 Kungsholmen

We are looking for a driven hairdresser who wants to take on a key role in our salon – both in treatments and in developing our presence and growth.

The Role

This is an active and varied position where you work as a hairdresser while also being responsible for the salon's visibility and marketing.

Work Schedule

• Approx. 15 working days per month (every other day)
• Working hours: 08:00–20:00
• Weekend work occurs according to schedule

Key Part of the Role

A large part of the job involves creating growth for the salon.

This means you will:

• Work with social media (Instagram/TikTok)
• Create content from the salon (photos, videos, before/after)
• Help attract new customers
• Dedicate approx. 1–2 hours per workday to marketing and content creation

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience or interest in the hairdressing profession (training is meritorious but not required)
• Is driven, self-motivated, and proactive
• Has a feel for social media and brand building
• Wants to be part of building something long-term
• Is curious, creative, and eager to develop
