Your Role as Lead Information Producer

We are recruiting for our assignment Ledinfo SE at Combitech in Växjö - the Defence Material Administration's support unit for lead information. Ledinfo SE is responsible for the information supply of command and support systems within the land, air, and sea domains, ensuring that the Swedish Armed Forces receive correct and common information to cooperating units and systems, with the aim of achieving the desired system effect.

The current position as a Lead Information Producer within the air domain involves collecting, analyzing, and processing data from various sources, and delivering tailored information packages to command and support systems within the Swedish Air Force. The information includes, among other things, airspace, facility, and communication data. The work requires you to operate both system-wide and at a detailed level. High demands are placed on the candidate's accuracy and security awareness.

A key part of the job is good collaboration with both suppliers and recipients of information. This involves dialogue regarding requirements, formats, and content, as well as verification and validation to ensure the result meets the needs. You will also act as a requirement setter for the tools used to package and version control data. This means you will support a team of software developers from a user perspective.

At Combitech, you will be part of a project consisting of approximately 40 people. The project team is characterized by a flexible working approach, close collaboration, and the opportunity to influence both the content and execution of the work. Opportunities are provided for flexible working hours, continuous competence development, and room for personal responsibility.

The extent of business travel varies over time but is estimated to average about 1 trip per month.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with an interest in working within or in connection with the Swedish Armed Forces. It is meritorious if you have experience in civil or military aviation, specifically the Swedish Air Force's communication and command support systems, or civil or military air traffic control.

We believe you have education or experience from working in the Swedish Air Force, or alternatively an engineering degree with a focus on data and communication technology. You need to have a technical interest and good technical understanding, as well as a logical way of thinking, the ability to see patterns, and understand complex data structures.

To thrive in this role, it is important that you can take responsibility for driving the work forward and taking initiative, while also having a willingness to be a team player with an unpretentious and humble attitude. You have a good ability to build relationships with colleagues and partners, are receptive, and easily create an understanding of the customer's needs. You are perceived as orderly with good structure and foresight. Finally, you have a strong interest in further developing your skills and a desire to learn.

As the position involves work covered by defense secrecy, you must undergo and pass a security clearance with register check.
